1.Membership & Access

• Membership is non-transferable and valid only for the registered member.
• Members must carry their membership card or digital ID for entry.
• Guests are allowed only as per the gymkhana’s guest policy and may be subject to additional fees.
• The management reserves the right to approve, reject, or terminate memberships at its discretion.

2. Code of Conduct

• Members and guests must follow all rules and respect fellow members, staff, and property.
• Any behavior deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or abusive may lead to suspension or termination of membership.
• Use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited.

3. Facility Usage

• Members must follow specific rules for each facility, including the gym, pool, sports courts, banquet hall, and recreational areas
• Proper sports attire and footwear must be worn in designated areas.
• Prior booking is required for certain facilities, and time slots must be respected.
• Use of facilities is at the member’s own risk; management is not responsible for injuries or accidents.

4. Health & Safety

• Members with health conditions should consult a doctor before using the gym, pool, or sports facilities.
• The gymkhana reserves the right to deny entry to anyone showing symptoms of illness.
• First-aid assistance is available, but the gymkhana is not liable for medical emergencies.

5. Fees & Payments

• Membership fees must be paid as per the agreed schedule.
• Late payments may result in suspension of membership.
• Fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

6. Events & Bookings

• Members can book facilities for private events as per the gymkhana’s policies.
• Cancellation policies for bookings must be followed, and refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per management’s discretion.

7. Liability & Indemnity

• The gymkhana is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
• Members are liable for any damage they cause to gymkhana property.
• The management is not responsible for any injuries sustained while using the facilities.

8. Amendments & Termination

• The gymkhana reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
• Any violation of the rules may result in suspension or termination of membership.
• The final decision on disputes or grievances rests with the gymkhana management.
