Mr. R. C. Sinha, did his M.A. in Economics from Lucknow University, LL. B, from Delhi University and PG Diploma in Urban Development from London University. Joined Indian Administrative Services (IAS) in 1962 worked in various roles. As Vice Chairman & Managing Director, Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation Ltd., (MSRDC) he executed the world class Mumbai-Pune Expressway. He completed 50 flyovers in the Mumbai Metro region.
After retirement as Addl. Chief Secretary, Govt. of Maharashtra, he was Director General, National Academy of Construction (NAC), Hyderabad and Infrastructure Advisor to the CM Shri. Chandra Babu Naidu, Govt of AP, Advisor (Development) to the Govt. to Jharkhand and Hon. Advisor to the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways & Shipping. He has written extensively on infrastructure and received many awards.

Mr. Mohan Gurnani, Chairman of the Moraj Group, is a prominent leader in Navi Mumbai’s real estate and business sectors. Under his guidance, the Moraj Group has become a leading developer, delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects. As the founder and President of Navi Mumbai Merchant Gymkhana (NMMG), Mr. Gurnani has been instrumental in fostering community engagement through cultural and recreational initiatives like the renowned Mango Festival. The Gymkhana also serves as a platform for addressing the concerns of the local merchant community, showcasing his commitment to their welfare.
Beyond NMMG, Mr. Gurnani’s influence extends to various trade associations and chambers of commerce. As Chairman of the Chamber of Associations of Maharashtra Industry & Trade (CAMIT), he has actively worked to resolve trade challenges and drive industrial growth. His pivotal role in relocating the APMC market from Mumbai to Navi Mumbai has significantly enhanced the region's commercial infrastructure. With a vision rooted in both business excellence and community development, Mr. Gurnani continues to be a key figure in shaping Navi Mumbai’s growth.

Mr. Raajesh Prajapati, Hon, Secretary of the Navi Mumbai Merchant's Gymkhana (NMMG), has been instrumental in the organization's development and community engagement. Under his leadership, NMMG has undertaken significant renovations to enhance its facilities, aiming to provide members with a more comfortable and relaxed environment. Mr. Prajapati has expressed his vision for the gymkhana to rival leading clubs in South Bombay, reflecting his commitment to elevating the club's standards.
In addition to his role at NMMG, Mr. Prajapati is the Managing Director and Founder of the Prajapati Group, a prominent real estate development company in Navi Mumbai. His contributions to the real estate sector and community welfare have earned him recognition, including the "Jewel of Navi Mumbai" award from the Indian Merchants Chamber.
Through his multifaceted roles, Mr. Prajapati continues to play a pivotal part in the growth and prosperity of Navi Mumbai, fostering both community well-being and urban development.

With over 34 years of experience in the construction industry, Mr. Mohammed Siraj Basheer has successfully developed numerous residential and commercial buildings across Navi Mumbai, Mumbai, and Tamil Nadu under the banner of Sun Builders & Developers. In addition to his expertise in real estate development, he has served as an Ex-Corporator of the Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation (NMMC), contributing to urban planning and civic welfare.
Beyond construction, he is the proud owner of the renowned Hill Rock Resort in Neral/Karjat, a popular retreat known for its scenic ambiance and hospitality. A dedicated philanthropist, Mr. Basheer is actively involved in social work and is a respected member of three welfare societies. He also serves as a Honorary Treasurer of NMMG and is a member of other societies, striving to uplift communities and support various charitable initiatives.

Mr. Dharmaraj Mahale
Dharmraj D. Mahale holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Dhule. He has an extensive professional background, having served as a Training Officer at the Advanced Training Institute, Mumbai. He later took on the role of General Manager – Technical at JNPT, Nhava Sheva, where he contributed significantly to the port's technical operations. Currently, he is a Partner at Trimurti Builders & Developers, headquartered at 612, Satra Plaza, Sector 19, Vashi.

Shri Vikram Raju Shinde
Politician , Ex.Corporator - Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation. Member Transport Committee (NMMT) , Ex- Chairman Health Committee (NMMC)
Vikram Dhanaji Shinde, fondly known as Raju Bhaiya, is a prominent figure in Navi Mumbai’s civic and political circles. With extensive experience in public administration, he has made significant contributions to the city's growth and welfare. As a corporator in the Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation (NMMC), he has held pivotal roles, including Chairman of the Health Committee and Member of the Transport Committee, shaping policies to improve public services. Currently, he serves on the Sports, Water, and Health Committees of NMMC, emphasizing infrastructure and quality of life.
In politics, he represents the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) as Navi Mumbai's spokesperson. Beyond politics, he is the Director of Maratha Samaj, a Managing Committee member of NMSA and NMMG, and the Founder President of Pragati Mitra Mandal, dedicated to social welfare. His leadership in organizations like Vimal Prathisthan further reflects his commitment to community upliftment and philanthropy.
